I really like Target as a store, disappointed with their restrictions on cashback. I could see if we were talking about 20% cashback, but 2% with all these restrictions, it's like $1 on an average ticket of $50. Of course I made multiple transactions of much more than that amount in the past month and none of them received any cashback. Don't waste your time with Target on here.
