Great promotion! Easy to use, you just have to wait a few weeks for your funds to become available for payout. The hardest thing for me is to remember to use the TopCashBack app or website instead of just going straight to the merchant.

Pretty much nothing gives you cash back, so I avoid buying from target on almost everything. Same products are typically available at walmart, so why would anyone shop at target online?

Sometimes my transactions are not recorded or rejected for invalid reasons. The are also slow in paying cash back. That said, I shop at target a lot so I'll take what I can get.
