The item I ordered was on sale. During shipment (and before it was delivered to my address) it was damaged and automatically sent back to Target. The only way I know this was following my shipment on FedEx. I never had any communication from Target. When I had to finally call customer service, I was told they would not be able to send me a replacement and then refunded my money. I would rather have just waited a few more days for a replacement but the CSR seemed not to want to bother with helping find other solutions. Very frustrating and for my first use of Target.com, I can safely say it will be my first and last.

I purchased a movie onilne with the expectation that I would be recieving the full amout back in cash. This was my first time every using this site, so I was worried about trying it. Well, my worry has been proven. I ordered on November 18, 2015. It is now December 9, and I am still not showing any sign of any type of cash back on it's way or anything. I submited a "Lodge a Claim" on this website on December 1st (wouldn't even let me enter the ACTUAL amount I am supposed to get back which is $18.99 and the ticket would only allow 1% or $.18) and havent even recieved a responce. I am not pleased at all with the way this is being handled. If anything changes I will write a new review and them I might actually use this site, but as of now, I am not recieving the cash back that was promised and I havent recieved a response from the company. NOT HAPPY!!!

My experience was a mixed one. The ordering process online was easy and simple and went well. However, when I went to pick up my purchase it took forever. No one seemed to know what to do to pick the order up.

The top cash back tack forever to get your money for this merchant. When i used walmart I got it within 3 weeks. Right now my status says 14 weeks for target
