No cashback even after going through topcashback
Did not get the cashback. Had to file a claim. This was denied after 4 months, stating that the purchase could not be tracked to topcashback.
Every other purchase of mine has tracked properly except qatar airways!

Difficult To Get Cash Back
I purchased 2 tickets on May 11, 2025 and completed travel on June 22, 2025 but the purchase didn't appear on my TopCashback account. I had to provide the details such as purchase date, amount of each ticket and the PNR for each passenger. Only then I received my cash bach on Septermber 02, 2025.
Since I purchased the tickets through TopCashback I shouldn't have to enter the purchase information again. It should have been automatic. I should have received cash back as soon as I finished the journey. I don't know the reason for such process and the delay after I provided the information.

Declined cashback
I have been waiting for more than 3 months for the cash back completed the trip paid $2100+ purchased the ticket through topcashback.com. Extremely disappointed.
