	It never credits right, and I always have to file a support ticket. And then it credits at 4% when it should be 9%.

	Bad experience with Hotels.com through TopCashBack, they don't register my reservations, I have to constantly report payment not showing. I use this site all the time, and the Hotels.com is the only one I have been having issues with.

	They used to be extremely reliable, but in the last couple of months they have only been paying half the time... with no explanation why other charges dont qualify.

	Cash is not back after numerous stays. They simply progress the payable status to $0.00. I didn't check my cashback status for last year's stay until today. To my astonishment, I haven't been paid back at all. Angry!!

	Horrible service it shows up as clicks and you have the amount spent but never converts. I started using a different site because topcashback.com doesn't work 90% of the time.
