Cashback did not track
I did everything I was supposed to do. Fresh browser window, no extensions, no coupon codes, but yet they claim there was another referral source.

Only one of a half dozen or more orders tracked, and my earnings will take an estimated 13 WEEKS to become payable. Of the remaining orders I was only able to submit a claim for the missing cash back on ONE order, and have to wait weeks to find out IF I'll receive the earnings or not.

I would not recommend this website for cash back. I have made several purchases uses top cash back and only 1 was approved. They make the process difficult, it can take MONTHS to be approved from the transaction, and it can take even longer to receive your cash back. I have never had any issues with Ebates and I have made hundreds of dollar transactions with them. I have even tried frugal and they seem to be a lot easier to earn transactions. I would not recommend using them; if your end result is to earn cash back with the purchase.... do not chance it with top cash back. They will give excuses with "mis clicks", u must clear your cookies before the transaction, and never use coupon codes with online transactions. The whole purpose of purchasing online is using coupon codes for savings. To clear your cookies before the transaction would cause you to have to re log in and re add items into your cart online. This makes no sense at all. Complete waste of time.

BUYER BEWARE! GROUPON DEALS ARE A SHAM! BAIT-AND-SWITCH STYLE RIP-OFF! I bought tickets for the Irvine Improv on Groupon and when I went to redeem at the box office, I was informed that NONE of the main event showings on Fri, Sat OR Sun were applicable for the coupon. Even though the Groupon Ad had a link that took you directly to the calendar for these same shows AND the ad CLEARLY states that the value could be up to $193 (the cost for the show requested was only a total of $120 plus tax). In other words, the Irvine Improv is DESPERATE to get clientele for shows OTHER THAN headline acts on the weekend and will entice you with a Groupon deal they will NOT honor! The ONLY thing 'funny' about this business model is the laughter THEY have after ripping you off!

Because their system error, my first order was canceled immediately and automatically by your system after I placed the order. I had to make the same order again. I have already lost all my first order benefits. My friend can not get $10 bonus and I lost 5% cashback with topcashback.com.

I bought a Groupon 10 trip to Ecuador on November 21 via my account on Topcashback.com and was NOT credited for the 15% cashback offer as promised. This trip cost me $1499 so not getting $224 back as promised has me upset.
