	Cashback seems to be processed once a month and missing that cut off can lead to twice as long for payout.

	Previously, the return was implemented almost immediately. However, the last two transactions were ignored. I had to do it by force. Overall - a successful experience. I will continue. I would like to see a higher percentage of deductions.

	Room for improvement I have been a regular customer for eBay, and even if I follow all steps required, often times, something always happen and the transaction wasn't recorded as it should. So there is room for improvement.
