I too keep getting an error message when I try to look in my profile with the whoopsiedaisy -- I can't see my payback details.

Also I sent an email 3 days ago to "authenticate" because your system is showing that my email is not good (starts w/ 'Ashleybbg1..."; ) But it's a good email address. I'm concerned that I won't be able to access my cashback amounts. Can you please help? Thanks. Ashley

  Hi Ashleybbg1,

I'm sorry that you've had this trouble with your account! We do believe that the error message you received on the My Profile page is fixed now if you'd like to try again!

If you are still having issues with your account being authenticated then please feel free to send in a support ticket through the customer care section. We'd be happy to advise further on this from there.

I hope this helps,
Jack

I have submitted 2 different tickets that nobody is addressing--i keep getting error codes 1) Goes to the "Whoopsie Daisy" page because of site errors/Glitches and 2) When trying to click on the LivingSocial link to add Direct Deposit link it states my password doesn't match which obviously is incorrect as i'm currently logged in. Wth good does it do to run a promotion for extra (deceptive) cash back rates if you can't enter your information????? Someone help please!!!!!!!

For ebay now 1.65%+10%=11.65%
Or 1.65%+10%From1.65%=1.715% ??
  Feb 04 16 - 05:00
  Hi webtoka,

The top up in this case is already applied for you! The original rate that we offer for eBay is 1.5% And with the 10% Top up we can see that this has been increased to 1.65%.

I hope this helps,
Jack

"All rates advertised on TopCashback.com will be increased by 10% For 24 hours from Wednesday February 3, 2016 at 1:00pm pst until Thursday February 4, 2016 at 1:00pm pst."

Living Social is typically 6% Cashback, so for the timeframe stated above it is now shown as 6.6% Cash back (Which is 6% Times 1.10 aka 6% Plus 10% Of 6%). Yesterday Groupon was 5%, For the next 24 hours it's 5.5%, Etc.

You will be earning the rate shown next to any store. It's not going to show up later, they have just increased all the earnings rates for the next 24 hours.

There are going to be a lot of angry patrons thinking they are getting 10% Cashback on their purchase. Needs to be spelled out better.
  Feb 03 16 - 19:37
  Hi sdnomad,

I am sorry if you feel this isn't clear enough on our website however we do list cashback rates on our website to include the top up before you click through. This should help to find out the amount you can expect to see tracking in your account.

I hope this helps,
Jack

It says 10% Bonus on the cash back rate, so it's not an additional 10% Back. So if the cash back rate is 6% It will be 6.6% Not 16%

If Macy's offering 8.8%. Then we will get 10% On top of that ??? So, it would be 18.8% ???

Please carify if anybody knows...

Thanks
  Feb 03 16 - 15:04
  Hi Member15885894749,

I can confirm for you that the rate you'll receive is 8.8%. As the original cashback amount is 8% For this merchant it will mean 0.8% Is added to give the topped up rate.

I hope this helps,
Jack

It appears to be deceptive marketing...

As the lufamily writes, it appears to be 10% Bonus on value of cash back percentage/Rate as opposed to an additional 10% On top of cash back percentage/Rate.
  Feb 03 16 - 14:08
  Hi themoleculoman,

I can assure you that we are not trying to deceive our members. As mentioned, we do list the topped up rate of cashback on each merchant so that it is clear on the amount of cashback that will be earned before you click through to make your purchase.

I hope this helps,
Jack

Greatjmw writes, "i was looking specifically at Living Social, which offers 6.6% Cash back (for already-subscribed members). For this promo, would a Living Social purchase be earning at 16.6% Cash back for this promo (i.E., 6.6% Of the purchase price, plus an additional 10% Of the purchase price) during the promo period? Or is the 10% Bonus a percentage of the current cash back percentage (i.E., 10% Of the current cash back 6.6%, For a total of 7.26% Total cash back on the purchase)?"

While i'm not a TCB employee, my observation is that TCB has already added 10% Of the normal cashback amount. For LivingSocial, the normal rate is 6% So by adding 10%, The rate goes to 6.6% Which is already reflected on the website.

The email I received said, "We’Ve added 10% To all cash back rates on the site," so I was expecting to see that the rates were already reflecting the cash back, but this page appears to read a little differently and seems to say that the 10% Bonus will just automatically apply. I got caught with a technicality like this on another cash back site recently, so i'd love a clarification!

I was looking specifically at Living Social, which offers 6.6% Cash back (for already-subscribed members). For this promo, would a Living Social purchase be earning at 16.6% Cash back for this promo (i.E., 6.6% Of the purchase price, plus an additional 10% Of the purchase price) during the promo period? Or is the 10% Bonus a percentage of the current cash back percentage (i.E., 10% Of the current cash back 6.6%, For a total of 7.26% Total cash back on the purchase)?

Thanks for any further info you can provide!
  Feb 03 16 - 13:47
  Hi greatjmw,

I can confirm that with Living Social, 6.6% Is the topped up rate as the original cashback amount we offer is 6%. Once we give this the 10% Top up to this cashback, it'll add an additional 0.6% Of your purchase price, to your earnings!

I hope this helps,
Jack
