	they have recently changed walmart.com and it is a mess. they send you a notifcation to pick up and it has not even been delivered to the store. the communicatioin b/t the stores and walmart.com online shopping is a big mess. the mgrs are upset b/c people come to the store to pick up and the item has not even been shipped.

	Not sure if this is Walmart or TopCashBack, but it takes a LONG time to get credit for purchases (14 days) and when I requested the funds, it said it can take another 14 days. Over a month to get paid out for a purchase doesn't really make it worth it. Not sure if I will be back or not.

	It was easy get my cash to post on topcashback but not easy getting the money into my PayPal account. I still have not received my cash through PayPal since the 12th of July and today is the 20th of July [ed:topcashback-Hi there, I'm sorry that you've had this trouble. After revewing your account we should see this with you in the next 72 hours. 	Walmart Has Disappointed Our Family With the number of purchases we have made from Walmart, many purchases are zero (0) dollars, or the purchases have been denied. If Walmart is part of TopCashback, the systems should work more closely by stating that these do not qualify for cashback upfront. We enjoy shopping online with Walmart, but if we are going to have many declined, we may try a different retailer for the holiday season.

	Walmart Well I gave 2 stars because you do eventually get cash back, but it does take forever, way longer then any other retailer, and for a $200 purchase you might get maybe .20 cents after about 12 weeks.

	Walmart takes entirely too long to pay their rebates. The last one from them took over 6 months to become payable. It was pending for a very long time.
