Not trustworthy
Book with the train provider directly if possible. Booked a train through Trainline as the operator's website was not accepting my card. The cashback offer meant that I could "make up" the extortionate trainline booking charges but they awarded me a TINY fraction of the amount of cashback that was supposed to be offered. No, it was not an exclusion and I did not use a promo code.
Avoid trainline. It's not what it was 10-15 years ago. You can book directly. LNER is a great example of this.
