You won't get your cashback
A pity that Top Cash Back still has this Sixt listed on their site since they clearly don't provide cash back. The ONLY reason I got my car from them was because of the 15% cashback. And I even took a more expensive care because of it.
And now I noticed the FINE PRINT: YOU CAN'T LODGE A CLAIM FOR MISSING CASH BACK FROM THIS MERCHANT.
C'mon TCB, I expect more from you.

Do Not Trust Sixt Cashback Offers
Purchased through sixt and topcashback given the 15.15% cash back offer, followed standard browser practices, and ensured it was on an eligible item, nevertheless the purchase was not tracked and there is no recourse through topcashback. Buyer beware with this retailer.

You need patience with SIXT, a lot of patience (and some luck)
I rented a few cars through Topcashback over the years with Sixt. Sixt is very slow in approving the cashback. On average in my cases a year.....
And I always had to go after it. Thanks to the wonderfull team of Topcashback I got refunded. But you need to be very, very patient. So while their cars are great, their policy for paying out cashbacks is very poor.
