Cashback Not Tracking
I never had issues with getting cashback from Chewy until more recently. For some reason, it is now being denied. I will purchase items from another retailer from this point forward.

Didn't recieve cashback
I've used Topcashback for my chewy purchases for years and never had an issue. Now all of a sudden, they aren't tracking. Chewy is refusing to make it right even though it clearly shows I accessed their site at the time of purchase through Topcashback. Just be aware if you purchase from Chewy, you may or may not get your cash back.

Chewy Takes Too Long
I love this company; their prices are good and their follow-up is excellent when something goes wrong, but taking 7 weeks to do a payout is too long.

Cashback continues not to track and no one appears to care
Cashback from Chewy continues not to track. The problem is clearly on their end, as other merchants continue tracking just fine.
No one appears to care, though - topcashback just puts the issue as one of user incompetence. Zero marks for both.

Cashback not tracking
I have been having persistent issue with cashback from chewy not tracking and topcashback siding with the merchant. I use the same device / browser combo that worked for chewy up until a few months ago and still works for other retailers.
