	Excellent retailer in general + I've had success receiving cash back Chewy has a wide selection, competitive prices, and often has good deals and cash back "improved offers". I've personally experienced the exceptional customer service they are known for, and I really like how they support rescue charities. I've not had any issues receiving cash back from them as advertised. I am really careful though and always click from TopCashback with an empty cart and check out soon after. I sometimes wonder about cash back on autoship orders but have been getting it as expected on the first purchase (no cash back on subsequent autoships).

	Always tracks at $0 Terrible retailer - always tracks as $0 and have to open a claim to try and get anything. If they don't want to play by the rules, why do they participate on this site? Avoid if you can.

	The best pet store shop online This has wenr above and beyond on my difficult times this inflation that i barely gets everything i needed to get the best for my cats. They had helped me and my pet to be able to afford what i needed to get us the best possible price and discounts so we don't have to cut down our pet's food and litters. 	Cash back with Chewy is hit or miss I've have had to submit a claim several times to get my cash back from Chewy. I assume it is Chewy that causes the issue because I had similar issues when using another cash back site and it is almost exclusively Chewy that I have to submit claims for.

	Cashback not Tracked I have been running into issues with chewy's cash back not being tracked on topcashback. Meanwhile never had a n issue with Rakuten. Wasted of my time filing claims with topcashback, going back and forth with the customer service, and still not honoring the cash back. Will stick with rakuten moving forward.

	Disappointing Exclusive Offer Cashback I submitted a claim for a Chewy.com purchase and double-checked all information. After months of waiting, I received a response stating, "we haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed," and my claim was denied. This makes no sense, as TopCashback clearly has a record of me clicking through their platform, and the Chewy.com order date matches the record on TopCashback. This experience has been frustrating and has made me question the integrity of TopCashback’s claim process with Chewy.com during the 30% Exclusive Offer Date. "We have now received a final response for your claim and been informed that we haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed. This means we have been unable to obtain any money back on your behalf."

	My purchases don't always track The last two times I have gone to Chewy.com via topcashback, my cashback didn't track. My trip on 8-2-24 didn't track so I opened a case for it. It's been two months and I haven't received a resolution (not even a response). I also made a purchase over the weekend (2-3 days ago) and that purchase is not showing up at all. Very disappointed.

	Didn't recieve cashback I've used Topcashback for my chewy purchases for years and never had an issue. Now all of a sudden, they aren't tracking. Chewy is refusing to make it right even though it clearly shows I accessed their site at the time of purchase through Topcashback. Just be aware if you purchase from Chewy, you may or may not get your cash back.

	Cashback continues not to track and no one appears to care Cashback from Chewy continues not to track. The problem is clearly on their end, as other merchants continue tracking just fine. No one appears to care, though - topcashback just puts the issue as one of user incompetence. Zero marks for both.
