Be aware. Carter's will declined all cashback later on and topcashbak will not help at all.

Don't buy from them - they deny your cashback!
I made a purchase and didn't return it or anything... but they denied my cashback. I filed a dispute and they said the denial was due to a change in the order... but I did not return or exchange any items. There was no change -- only change was their willingness to give the cashback. Will not buy from them again.

Denied my claim under false reasons
My cash back was denied, and I ended opening up a ticket. Customer service told me it was because my order was "Order returned, amended or canceled" which did not happen. Deceptive marketing.
