Love it!
Vitacost cashback through Topcashback is easy as 123 and amazing! I always get what is offered and quick, the cash back changes from 2% all the way to 15-20% which I love because I shop with them a lot. Many times I have forgotten to click through but the times I have, I have always been quite pleased. Thank you topcashback and vitacost

Vitacost will give you $0 - do not bother
In 2025, I have purchased from Vitacost 3x (each purchase is $25 - $80) and I receive $0 from Vitacost! Topcashback - please contact Vitacost for NOT honoring their cashback agreement with you.
In 2024 and years before, Vitacost always used to honor the cashback (4-5% of purchase) but for some reason in 2025, they do not.

Terrible.
I had 5 claims denied from Vitacost. I used Top Cashback becaue they were offering 10%, which was more than the other 2 programs I use for Vitacost. I have never been denied cash back on the other 2, so I will not use TCB for Vitacost again!

I wish it could be minus 0. Deceptive company does not honor cashback.
I have used Vitacost for over ten years and purchase over a hundred dollars almost every month. Since April of 2023, they have not been honoring the cashback. I have lodged complaints and topcashback states they don't explain why they haven't been honoring the cashback but that they're still a great company. I disagree. Top cash back take them off the list of retailers who are honest or make them tell you why they are not honoring cashback.

Only ever get about half my expected cashback from Vitacost. Ive lost hundreds of dollars worth of cashback that TopCashBack say they cant do anything about when i submit a claim.

Seemingly Random Cash Back
Some of the Vitacost purchases received cash back; others were denied without a clear explanation. Maybe once you go to the site, if you use any of the sales featured on the site, you do not receive the TopCash back? Their reasons for denial are not really explained, just a printed template of their "rules."
