Don't count on it
I purchased a set of tires because of the cash back offer. It's been over a year and they never paid out. I had to file a claim since my purchase didn't track correctly, wait many months, and finally TopCashback support took care of me, but it should not have required all those steps.

wanted money to X the order within 5 minutes after order.never got cashback
I never had a company wanting money when cancelling the order within 5 min after placing it, I got charged a fee I did not expect, never got a penny of cashback. I would stay away from tires easy-
