I left a negative review earlier, however, the merchant did pay after I filed a claim - just not right away

Worked out in the end
So I was a little concerned when I first did this because it didn't show up in my purchase history. However I put in for it with TopCash and after about 2 or 3 weeks I got my rebate money!

Worked perfectly
I thought i hadn't did it right, but about 3 weeks later I received my monies through a target gift card. There were other choices.

Merchant did not pay cashback, has not replied to missing cashback claim
Did everything I was supposed to. Clicked on the link and joined. Don't see any cashback added. They have not replied to the missing cashback claim
