SCAM!!! Wrong tracking amount with a FIVEFOLD DECREASE (-500%).
I made a purchase (car rental prepayment) on the website three months ago. The tracked transaction amount was largely incorrect — I paid over US$450 online, but the system only tracked US$65.
I filed a claim with TopCashback to review the case. However, after a long wait and what seemed like a half-hearted investigation, they responded unsuccessfully simply because StressFree Car Rental rejected the claim without providing any reason: "We’ve heard back from the retailer about your claim, and the correct cash back has already been awarded for this purchase."
From start to finish, customer service never asked for any proof of the transaction. What a shame!
