Never got a cashback
Opened investigation, Soma answered that it was not a "last click".
Didn't have problems with other merchants.

Cashback was great, but it did take further investigation before the cashback was available. Never showed as pending even after several weeks. It has been credited now. Maybe a holiday shopping glitch. Hopefully no problems will occur the next time.

Soma confirmed the transaction quickly. My cashback was payable within two weeks even though the estimated time noted was three weeks!
