What could stop me from getting Cash Back?
- Cash back will only be applied to consumed hotel bookings, e.g. where the booking is used and not cancelled. Any booking not consumed (i.e. cancelled) will not be eligible for cash back. Any modifications on your booking cost will modify the quantity of the cash back amount.
- Cash Back will not be available for hotel bookings where a voucher code, discount code or referral code has been used on Skyscanner.
- Hotel bookings must be consumed within 2 years of the booking date.
- A "Missing Cash Back " query must be submitted within 30 days after the hotel booking is completed. We will use all reasonable endeavours to secure the payment of commission on a transaction, but we do not and cannot make any guarantee in this regard.
- The Cash Back payment you are entitled to can only be tracked by us if. Skyscanner can track your purchase originated from the Cash Back site
- Hotel purchases must be done via the link provided on this page. Otherwise, your hotel booking will not be eligible for Cash Back
- Cash Back will only be eligible for bookings made with this Skyscanner suppliers: Trip.com, Agoda, Edreams, Opodo
- Combining promotions from another site and/or using a coupon code not posted and approved by TopCashback

What to do when
- Hotel purchases must be completed immediately within the same session without you exiting your internet browser. If you exit your browser prior to completing the transaction the hotel booking may not be eligible for cash back.
