Placed 2 orders, neither of them tracked
I placed 2 orders online, one on Nov 1 and the other on Nov 17. I did not receive a confirmation email for my order. I did receive both orders, however, my cash back has not tracked for neither of them. I had to submit a claim for both orders, and it looks like is going to take a very long time for this to be resolved. Not happy.
