Your Cash Back was initially declined because the transaction wasn't recorded as being referred through TopCashback. This can sometimes happen if another browser extension or website (like a coupon or comparison site) interferes with the tracking process. Even small actions like navigating away from the site or clicking other links during checkout can unfortunately break the referral link that lets the retailer know you came from us.
