Denies Legit Purchases
This is happening far too often on this site. I did not use another referral site for this purchase. There were no errant cookies associated with the purchase nor any other coupon codes. This was a legitimate purchase made using the process TCB outlines to receive a credit. If TCB/Persol are not going to honor their offers, they should not promise them. The size of the promised rebate was the reason I made this purchase. Rejecting it after the return window closes is wrong.

Cashback declined!
Do not even bother with this retailer. They will later always decline your cashback.
