I'm gonna say getting cash back is "iffy"
I've doubt things from Oakley through TopCashBack twice. Each time the purchase did not track and I did manual claims. The first purchase was last year and the second one was this year. They approved the first claim and denied the second claim. Each time I had orders that were near $1,000 before discounts. They say in the F&Q section that there is free express shipping on orders over $100 but charged $17 for each order. They refunded me $17 for each order for the shipping charge that was supposed to be free. They denied my second cash back claim saying I was refunded, but each claim had the same senerio and they approved the first one. A recent review before mine mentioned that oakley is starting to deny them. While I can't say for sure if thats accurate, my experience would seem to agree with that opinion.

Thieves!
Do not shop at this merchant, they have now started to steal cash back. First it does not track any more, and when it does, they deny your claim
