	Followed instructions but no cash back Below is the message that TCB provided in regard to my cash back claim. Despite following the instructions precisely and months of waiting/communication, my 100% cash back claim was denied. ABSOLUTE SCAM. "Although you visited the brand through our website, using another marketing channel (such as a coupon or Cash Back site) during your shopping journey could’ve affected your Cash Back from properly tracking. Other potential causes include using a coupon code not displayed on our site and blocking essential cookies on the brand’s website or app."

	False cashback claims. This retailer is not reliable,i used the link for the cashback that supposed to be 100% i paid full price and then i didn't get the cash back i opened a claim i waited like 3 months and then customer team answered me that i didn't use their link or i was using a coupon code and that's why i didn't get it even tho i use their link paid full price and waited to take my cash back. This reminds me the clickbait adds off scammer sites and i suggest that topcashback should remove this retailer from their site because the fame of the site will be worsen over time.

	Did not track my purchase. 20 days and nothing I clicked the 100% cashback offer and purchased the plan that was within the offer. My click was never tracked. I opened a dispute and nothing yet. If I get close to the 30 days I'll have to cancel the purchase and get my money back. Not risking it.

	100% caahback is only given on BASE product There is no mention of this. Only that only VPN gets cashback, but not that more expensive VPN registers at lower price.

	Not good ’ve had a disappointing experience with your service. As of now, the amount of money that should have been refunded through your program has still not been corrected or updated. Previously, under the same program, I did not receive the refund I was entitled to due to an error on your end. Additionally, some of your VPN servers have not been functioning properly. For example, when I select the Nigeria server, the IP address often switches to a different country, which defeats the purpose of my selection. Therefore, I request that you make the necessary corrections and ensure I receive the proper refund amount. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

	No cashback after two weeks - cancelled. No cashback and no explanation after two weeks. The good thing is that 30 day money back guarantee worked.

	Declined cashback Nord promised a 120% cashback offer which was the reason I signed up for their service in the first place and then just declined the offer saying "Not last referred click." Even though I had subscribed to an exclusive offer that was only available through the TopCashback link that had a very specific membership length of 2 years and three extra months with a very specific pricing so clearly my transaction was completely done through TopCashback but they still just declined it.

	Do not trust the 100% cash back times Merchant denied the cash back as "Not last referred click" whatever that means. There was nothing customer service can do about it.
