Never Tracks Correctly Every time I use TopCashBack link for Kohls purchase it either doesn't track correct amount or doesn't track at all. Every time I need to file a claim with TopCashBack and then wait upwards of 4 months for the pennies. Don't waste your time.

Hi there, We're sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating it can be when Cash Back doesn't track as expected. While most eligible purchases track automatically, tracking can sometimes be affected by factors such as other sites being visited during your shopping session, coupon usage, browser settings or exclusions outlined in the merchant's terms. It's also important to note that purchases made using Kohl's Cash are ineligible for Cash Back on the entire order, as stated in the merchant's Terms & Conditions. If an eligible purchase doesn't track, our Missing Cash Back Claims process is there to help, although we appreciate that waiting for a claim to be resolved isn't ideal. If you'd like us to take another look at your account or review any recent purchases, please get in touch with u at uscustomercare@topcashback.com and we'll be happy to assist. Best, Erica TopCashback
use of Kohl's Cash is not allowed If you pay any part of your order with Kohl's Cash, you won't get any cash back. Not even on the part of the order that you paid with your credit card. Kohl's is a joke.

Reports Wrong Order Amount I noticed they had reported some random low dollar amount. No idea how they got the number it was less than half my order sub total amount (before tax) on my pick up order. Had to contact top cash for help. Would not recommend.
