More and more difficult
There was a time I never had problems getting cash back from HSN but over time, it's become more difficult. If HSN offers a discount code, it nullifies TopCashback % back. It was not always like this. In the last year, I've disputed no less than $75 worth of claims from HSN. I've received NOTHING back.

Difficult to get cash back
Ordered multiple items in the same transaction, only 1 item paid cash back although should have paid on total order , disputing non payment, disputed transaction required receipt as proof f purchase from months ago

Terrible experience trying to get cash back.
Have been having trouble getting my cash back from HSN Like someone else said. If you order multiple items you will have separate order number, but also separate billing. Also, there is a problem with top cash back.Because when you go in to file a ticket there's no place to put all of the Order numbers if you try to put the order numbers in it will say in valid. For more than one Order number. but if you have a large order with several order numbers and several Purchase totals you cannot add that to your complaint ticket. I am very frustrated with HSN and top cash back. What good is the 12% back? If you can't receive it on purchases that you make. I think it is deceptive practices for a business. Also, they had tracking information for an order that the amount purchased is wrong and the date is wrong. Very, very frustrated.I'm going to think twice about ordering from HSN from now on and I have been a loyal customer and also i'm going to be looking for a different cash back app.

Good offers
HSN has frequent good percentage cash back offers. They have always tracked almost immediately and paid out in less than the stated normal time.

Love HSN!! I make lots of money here
Go to top cash app, they almost always give back a higher percent than other rebate apps. Prices here at HSN beat other stores. It’s a win,win for me!!

Larger Percentage Offen Declined
When larger percent cash back is offered, most times HSN declines. It is frustrating because I would have used another cash back program offering a lower percentage back to have at least gotten something back on my purchases versus nothing back from a declined HSN purchase.
