Getting HP to pay is hit or miss.
I have ordered twice from HP one worked and one was declined. The only reason they gave for declining was, "another marketing channel." I'm very careful in following the instructions to avoid being declined. I have had trouble with HP on other rebate sites too.

Its been 7 months now... Still my transactions are in Pending status..No support from Top Cash Back.. Approx $3000.00 got cheated. I should have used other cash back sites. Atlease I wud have got the payment on time.

Quick paying compared to most. Caught it during TopCashBack special for HP. 10% of a $1600 computer was a really nice payback.

More than 7 months now, stuck on "confirmed" HP refused to pay a valid cash back transaction, Topcashback won't help. STAY AWAY from HP. HP and topcashback will leave you high and dry.

HP is the worst! Takes FOREVER (6 months+) and they will randomly deny claims while approving others that are identical. Don't waste your money with them, order from Dell, Dell is so so much better when it comes to paying their cashback.

This was very bad experience, i have put 2 orders for HP and got only cashback on one oreder that too after reaching to customer care, i have one oreder which has 1083$ is missing cashbiack.

All HP customer service personnel were terrific. I was wary at first when I had to deal with non-US based customer service people,--they were located in the Philippines. But every rep I dealt with spoke good English and was smart and competent.--
