Why haven't I received my Venmo payment yet?

Venmo payments usually take 1–2 business days to appear in your account. You'll receive a text message from Tango, our payment provider, once your payment has been deposited into Venmo. We'll also send you an email once your payment has been successfully sent.

If it's been more than two days and you have not received your payment, please submit a support ticket.
