I saw a prize before the game was paused—will I still receive it?
Since we’ve had to pause the Summer Treats game, we want to reassure you that any prizes or prize draw entries you earned before the pause will still be honored. This decision was made thoughtfully—we explored several options and ultimately agreed that continuing to reward our members for what they already earned was the fairest approach.
I was already playing—what will happen to the prize draw entries I've collected?
Great question! If you already collected prize draw entries before the pause, don’t worry. Those entries are still valid, and we’ll still be selecting a winner.
In the meantime, stay tuned—we’ll be announcing the $500 prize draw winner on social media and the blog soon!
Will there be any compensation for the disruption?
We understand the disruption may have been disappointing, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience it caused.
The good news is that we’re honoring all prizes won while the game was live, and we’ll still be selecting a prize draw winner from this round—so stay tuned for that announcement!
While we won’t be restarting the game immediately, we’re working behind the scenes to bring Summer Treats back in the future. Thank you again for your patience and continued support.
What reassurances are there that the game is properly fixed and this won't happen again?
Since identifying the issue, our technical team has thoroughly investigated the root cause and put a fix in place.
That said, we’re not rushing to relaunch. We’re continuing to work on this behind the scenes, and once we’re fully confident that everything is running smoothly and securely, Summer Treats will return.
Our goal is to make sure the game is fun, fair and rewarding—and we’re committed to delivering that experience when it’s ready.
When will the prizes be made payable?
TopCashback endeavors to deliver the prize to the winner within 5 full business days from the date of winning the prize. Winners will be credited with the value of the prize amount directly into their TopCashback account.
