I'm not sure why it took 28 days before my payout from FreedomPop became "Payable" but that's how long it took, so maybe this is a typical wait time for a program like this. And apparently now I have to wait aan additional week for TopCashBack to activate the payout method to my bank account. Hopefully I will eventually be able to retrieve the advertised $15 cash back I was promised more than a month ago!
