Cashback Tracked at First but Later Declined
The cashback initially tracked correctly and appeared in my account balance, so everything seemed smooth at the beginning. However, the cashback was later declined close to the end of the refund period. This timing is frustrating because many people rely on the cashback when deciding to purchase. By the time it was declined, the refund window was almost over.

The earning was declined
I followed the rule and bought lifetime plan $40. The record was tracked but it was declined after 10 days. My extra five-dollar bonus was also canceled.

Avoid buying!
This has been the only merchant where I didn't get cash back. They claimed that I didn't use the proper methods but that's a lie. Their tracking is broken and there's no recourse at all from TopCashBack. The VPN app is just ok and speeds are slow to average. There are much better VPNs out there. I do not recommend FastestVPN at all if you're looking for cash back on here.

for me cashback worked fine. around 50days.
I used a clean browser without addons, I used also a coupon from topcashback to be sure that it will be accepted. It took around 50days and then I was able to claim the money. I got the service for free, even made some profit with the 101% cashback. I know it did not work for some other people though, so I guess it is kind of a lottery..

I don't write reviews but these people are scammers. They will deny even with normal legit orders. TopCashBack won't do anything to help.

I bought the service and did not cancel or use any other coupon codes, but the cashback was declined a few days after being tracked. Now I am wasting my time to deal with the customer service and getting the refund.

Don't bother
Cashback did not track, customer support wouldn't help, the investigation process would run out the 30 day money back guarantee and then you'd be stuck. I just requested a refund, it's clear the merchant doesn't intend to honor this

I subscribed and followed all the steps, but the payment didn't show up in my profile. i filled a complain and nothing happened. So I contacted their costumer service for a refund in their 31 day period. They said I will get the refund, and yet nothing happened. Does not worth the headache. Side note, they have some virtual servers that won't give you the IP of the country they list.
