Chose Expedia because it said up to 12% cash back. Bought two tickets, ddint use one and did not ask for a refund, expedia cuts my purchase price in 1/2. $1100 in airfaire purchased $2.50 cash back. 12$ would have been $132

I accessed the Expedia website using my TopCashBack account. Yet my purchase was not recorded. I suspect it is due to the design of their website, which redirects customers to a new tab when making a purchase. Simply unacceptable.

Expedia is slow to pay out. That is especially true on larger hotel reservation payments. I understand that the time runs only after the trip was completed, but then it still often takes more than the published 10 week period. Claims are also often kept in "pending" state and few only get moved to "confirmed" date.

I have purchased three cruises on Expedia through TopCashBack (primarily because of the 12% cash back). In each case, The rebate was calculated on the price of the lowest-cost cabin. Be sure to follow up with a claim if your pending amount does not match (Do not count the cost of taxes and gratuities, only the Cruise Fare)..

All I had to do is login to top cash back shop on the Expedia link and earned cash back on a trip. It was that easy.
