1. Eligibility. The TopCashback Social Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal U.S. residents currently residing in one of 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years old as of the date of entry and members of TopCashback.com. Employees, officers, and directors of TopCashback (USA) Inc. (“Sponsor”) or any of its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies (collectively, the “Giveaway Entities”) and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements, as set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners.

3. Giveaway Period. The Giveaway begins on November 17, 2025 at 9 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on November 29, 2025 at 9 a.m. ET (“Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Giveaway.
4. How to Enter. To enter, you must during the Giveaway Period visit https://www.topcashback.com/blog/12-days-of-cash-back-2025/ and leave a comment on the Giveaway Blog Post. For purposes of Giveaway entry, your responses will not be judged or evaluated.
To qualify for the Giveaway, you must comment on the blog every day during the promotion period. Upon completing all required steps, you (“Entrant”) will receive one (1) entry (“Entry”) into the Giveaway. Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries received in excess of this limit will be disqualified, and any attempt to submit more than the stated number of entries may result in disqualification. You can only win once during the Giveaway. All winners are subject to verification before any prize is awarded (each a “Potential Winner” until verified).
By submitting an Entry, you agree that Sponsor or its designees may contact you via email and/or name you on Sponsor’s social media pages. Sponsor and Sponsor’s agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, or service providers may use Entrants’ personal information submitted with Entry for purposes of prize fulfillment and/or for future marketing by Sponsor, such as to notify them of a product or promotion that Sponsor thinks may be of interest.
Automated or bulk Entries or Entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified, at Sponsor’s discretion. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the Entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential Winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder to the Sponsor or forfeit the prize. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win. All information or steps required by these Official Rules must be completed and provided to be eligible to enter. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or untimely Entries are void and will be disqualified.
Entries, comments and content submitted or uploaded to any social media sites or other public sites in connection with this Giveaway (collectively, “Content Submissions”) may not contain, depict or show any content that: (i) is sexually explicit or suggestive, offensive, lewd, profane, obscene; (ii) promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any political agenda or message; (iii) defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about Sponsor or other companies; (iv) contains any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, last names (first names are permitted), e-mail addresses or street addresses for any person other than entrant, or otherwise infringes on the privacy of any person other than an entrant; (v) communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive image and good will of Sponsor’s brand; and/or (vii) violates any law. Any Content Submissions that contain such content will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and unfettered discretion to disqualify any Content Submission that it believes is inappropriate, that does not comply with these Official Rules, or that is not consistent with the spirit or theme of the Giveaway.
5. Selection of Winners. Thirty-Eight (38) Potential Winners will be selected to win Prizes in random drawings conducted by Sponsor. The drawings will be held on or about three business days following the conclusion of the Giveaway Period from among all eligible Entries received. The odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received.
ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR WHOSE DECISIONS IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE GIVEAWAY ARE FINAL AND BINDING. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.
One (1) Prize per person. Potential Winners will be notified via social media.
6. Prizes. The Winners will be awarded the “Prize,” which will consist of a mystery prize amount deposited into the Winners' TopCashback accounts.
All applicable federal, state, and local tax liabilities, fees, and expenses related to acceptance and use of Prize not specifically stated herein, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent Prize substitutions, at its sole discretion.
Awarding of a Prize is subject to the Winner’s acceptance of all requisite conditions within these Official Rules and Winner’s ability and agreement to grant the rights set forth in these Official Rules and execute the required documentation (if any is required). By accepting a Prize, the Winner acknowledges and affirms compliance with these Official Rules.
7. Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway and acceptance of Prize constitutes Winner’s grant to Giveaway Entities (which grant will be confirmed in writing on request of Sponsor) and their designees the right and permission to use Winner’s name, likeness, biography, statements, voice, image and any other personal characteristics, in any and all media now or hereafter known, for any purpose, including without limitation, marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes without additional consideration, compensation, permission, or notification to such Winner, and such individual hereby releases the Giveaway Entities and their designees from any liability with respect to such use.
8. General Conditions. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS GIVEAWAY OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual they find to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process and/or the legitimate operation of the Giveaway; to violate the Official Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.
If the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned or for any other reason according to Sponsor’s sole discretion, Sponsor may void any suspect Entries and (a) cancel or terminate the Giveaway (or any portion thereof); (b) modify or suspend the Giveaway to address the impairment and then resume the Giveaway in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; and/or (c) award the Prize(s) at random from among the eligible, non-suspect Entries received up to the time of the impairment.
9. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution; Limitation of Liability; Releases. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant, and Giveaway Entities in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New Jersey or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New Jersey.
By entering the Giveaway, entrants hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts of Bergen County, New Jersey, United States and waive the right to have disputes arising out of the subject matter hereof adjudicated in any other forum.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS GIVEAWAY, INCLUDING ALL PRIZES, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
