No Response 7 Months and Counting...
Before paying for their service, consider the unethical practice of Consumer Cellular to entice a new customer with an incentive ($101 cash back for a new phone plan) but refuse to acknowledge or pay out when their terms are met. After SEVEN months of poking TCB customer service and waiting for a response from Consumer Cellular, I still have not received what I was promised. Consider another MVNO that values customer relationships, instead.

Shame on you
Waiting 4 months for account opening incentives to be "Non-Commissionable". The service itself is expensive. There are so many prepaid services out there cheap and good, who wants to try you if you don't have a reward? Shame on you.
