Do not use this for Chime or anything else
Order did not track and when to put in a ticket and they say there is nothing that can be done with this particular retailer and wouldn't even let me submit my ticket. Even though I can prove that I applied and was approved for this account, they couldn't care less. My email from Chime matches the timestamp of when I clicked on the offer from CBM. This is my first attempt at cash back from these guys and without a doubt will be my last.

Scam
I signed up and completed all the steps. No bonus and no help from Chime or Inboxdollars. I would avoid both companies.

Misleading Offer – $300 Chime Cashback Not Honored
I signed up for a Chime account through this platform specifically for the $300 cashback offer. I followed all the steps exactly as instructed—set up the account properly, received a qualifying direct deposit, and waited the required time. Despite doing everything correctly, the cashback never showed up.
After contacting support, I was told they can’t accept missing cashback claims for this retailer and that the issue is out of their hands. Yet, this offer is still being promoted on their site. After digging into the reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one this has happened to. It seems like a common issue, which makes it feel misleading and borderline dishonest to continue advertising the offer.
If you’re considering using this platform for cashback incentives, I’d strongly suggest reading reviews first. If an offer sounds too good to be true, it probably is—especially when the platform won’t back it up.

Feel completely defrauded
As others have said, you complete the offer as described, receive no cashback, and customer service says there is nothing they can do -- I can go kick rocks. Why are you advertising for this company if you have no way to ensure your customers receive their reward that was promised. How is this even legal?

Class action lawsuit?
I had never heard of Chime before topcashback offered $300 to open an account. Easy peasy. I'm in. Opened an account and did all required activities. I referred several others to topcashback to do the Chime offer as well (daughter & son in law and another son). They all applied for Chime and theirs cleared. However, mine did not. Open case with topcashback I go back and forth with as there should be no reason I do not get the $300 advertised. I did not have any other website offering something at Chime. Chime reports I should be able to talk with topcashback and get it covered as they show a 3rd party referred me to them. However, topcashback says Chime says it was not topcashback that referred me to them. They offered $75. I have declined, $300 is what is due. Any class action lawsuit details can be emailed to myersypro@gmail.com. From the looks of it, a class action lawsuit should definitely happen. Could get lots of details out of discovery. Even the referrals that I had with my daughter, son in law and other son did not post. When I brought this up in the case, suddenly, 2 of the 3 referrals came around. Still waiting on the other one.

Do not do it!
As others have stated.
This will not track and TopCashback for some reason won't/can't open a claim.
This seems intentional for Chime to not pay out.
Other platforms have it (inbox dollars for example) and comments suggest users do get their pay out successfully there.
