Purchase didn't track
Very frustrating that it took many months and follow ups to finally get paid. Frankly, poor tracking is the number 1 reason I choose TopCashback as my backup cashback service instead of #1. I'm sure they'll say it is the merchant's fault, but frankly the way they handle tracking and follow up credits is below the standards of other competitors.

Denied for unknown reason
Denied after waiting for 8-9 months, filed the claim and they came back with "Unfortunately, the retailer has declined your cashback claim. While we don’t receive specific details this often happens due to one or more of the following:
Using a coupon code or gift card
Not starting with an empty basket
Not regularly clearing cookies
Pop-ups or unnecessary tabs open during purchase
Returning, exchanging, or modifying part of your order, which can lead to cashback being declined"
Which i did none and followed the instructions and made sure i read the exclusions but still got denied. So wont bother

Still waiting after 8 months
Still awaiting cashback from ATT after over 36 weeks (8 months). TCB's customer service just has me on hold, pending the vendor's payout.
Thankfully the product itself has functioned fine, regardless of cashback issues.
