My experience at Allurez was amazing! Every customer service member I spoke to was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. When I first called them, I told them that I wanted to look at settings for a very sentimental stone. They were very understanding and patient! They helped me select the most beautiful setting within my budget. The ring that they created for me is spectacular! The setting for my stone is white gold, surrounded by a halo of diamonds, with intricate work in the profile and down the sides of the ring. The diamonds are dazzling and of the highest quality, and the craftsmanship is superb. They made sure that my ring and the appraisal arrived when promised. They went well "above and beyond" in terms of customer service. I have already recommended Allurez to many of my friends because of their large and beautiful selection and their customer service. Allurez is now my only choice for shopping for jewelry! I will be a lifetime client of theirs.

I bought a diamond ring, the diamond was made by EGL. The ring came with no official repport from EGL. When I bought the ring on the website, I bought the diamond first and the ring after. I specifically asked for six prongs and when I received it they put a four prong one without even asking me first. They said the diamond I chose couldn't have a six prong ring. I wouldn't have chosen the diamond if they told me BEFORE I bought it. The costumer service was also terrible, when I tried to call they would hang up on me. It took me a week to get them to respond to me. They won't let me return it but the ring isn't what I ordered! The manager told me I could exchange it but honestly, they just ignored my emails. Buying a ring is a joyful thing but if you plan on buying one don't just look at the 5 star reviews look at the 1-2 star ones and see if you could deal with the same problems as those people and chose a better company with official certifications from the diamond cutters. Just recently they told me to delete my bad reviews to proceed to exchange the ring. Why would I delete my reviews if all I told was true? It's unfair that they won't exchange my ring if I don't delete my reviews because I didn't even get what I ordered!
