Terrible!
I purchased one for $100 and when I tried to apply it, received the message the number was invalid. It took several days to validate it, then I was able to use it. I assumed this was a random glitch, so I foolishly bought another, and the same thing happened. Do not give these as gifts, as your recipient will not be able to report and rectify this like you can as the purchaser.

Poor Customer Service
Usually had no issues cards are always delivered instantly.
But this morning I purchased a card and have yet to receive it. They charged my credit card but didn't fulfill the order. Nor do they respond to emails in a timely manner.

I purchased an e-gift card from Topgiftcards for Hote.com. They said it would come to my email in 5 min it’s been a few days , no e-gift card. No money returned to my account. No explanation.
