	The website is so easy to use, and customer service is very quick to respond and resolve any problems. One of the free samples that I had ordered was no longer in stock after finishing my transaction, and the customer service representative apologized for the oversight and added VIP points to my account. They are so wonderful and will make sure that you are not only happy with your purchase, but with your shopping experience, too!!

	Sephora always pushes the cash back to the longest limit it can take and always tries to dodge claiming it at the beginning at all. I have to file a claim 95% of the time just to get it started. Love the cosmetics, hate the wait.
