Quick guide to Earnings page

We've given your Earnings page a fresh new format, making it easier to manage and understand your Cash Back. sparkle

  • At a glance: See how much of your Cash Back is still In Progress, and how much is Available for you to cash out and enjoy.
  • Payable dates: See when your Cash Back is expected to become available.
  • Cash outs: See a single combined cash out amount rather than individual transactions shown as claimed.

Earnings Overview

In Progress Cash Back

In Progress Cash Back includes all of your purchases that have been tracked and are currently being processed by the retailer. This Cash Back will be displayed in orange on your Earnings page.

Previously, you would have seen this Cash Back labeled as either Pending or Confirmed.

Available Cash Back

This is the balance shown at the top in green, which tells you how much Cash Back you have available to cash out. If you request a payment, your Available Cash Back balance will decrease by the amount you cash out.

Previously, you would have seen this as either payable or claimed Cash Back.

Cash Back added to your balance

When a retailer has paid us your Cash Back, we’ll mark it as Available in your account. The amount will then change from orange to green.

Transaction added to balance

Previously, you would have seen this Cash Back labeled as either Payable or Claimed.

Declined Cash Back

If a retailer declines your Cash Back, the amount will appear struck through and colored grey. It will also be removed from your In Progress total.

You can click the transaction to see more information about what happened and, in some cases, you'll see the reason it was declined.

Purchases with an ‘i’ icon

The 'i' icon lets you know there's important information about your Cash Back. For example, it may explain that we're waiting for the retailer to confirm the final Cash Back amount. This means the amount you see isn't final and could increase or decrease.

To read the information, you can click on the transaction.

Previously, you would have seen this Cash Back labeled as Pending Uplift.

Cash outs

Your Earnings page now shows your cash outs as well as your Cash Back. This makes it easier to see what you've cashed out and what’s still in progress.

Other Questions

Where can I see when my Cash Back is expected to become available?

You can select a transaction that’s in progress to see when we estimate your Cash Back will become available.

How can I see more details about a transaction?

You can click a Cash Back transaction in your earnings to see more details. You'll see your order ID, any membership bonus and when we expect your Cash Back to become available.

What will happen when a retailer confirms my Cash Back?

While most Cash Back moves straight from In Progress to Available, this may not always be the case. Sometimes, the retailer will approve your Cash Back first, but it will remain In Progress. Once the retailer approves it, you'll see a message when you click to view the transaction.

Can I see the Cash Back I have claimed?

Rather than show you claimed transactions, we now show cash outs on your Earnings page. This should make it easier to see the Cash Back you’ve earned and the cash outs you’ve made.

You can, however, still see individual claimed transactions in your payment breakdown, which you’ll find on your Payment History page.
