	ebay handles problems quickly. I live in an apartment complex with 300 units. some times the postman packages in th wrong mail boxes and if that person doesn't return the package your stuck. no refund, even though you didn't receive the packaage. I had this happen to me. x with 300 appartments. sometimes the postman places the packages in the wrong mail box. x with 300 units. sometimes the postman puts the package in the wrong box. this happened to me. Ebay ruled against me even though I never received the package.
