Small Business Appreciation Month 2020 Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all TopCashback.com USA members over the age of 18, except employees of TopCashback (USA) Inc and their families or anyone else associated with the competition.
2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. Competition Date: Throughout the month of September, the weekly Small Business Appreciation Month competition begins every Friday at 10:00 am EST and will close at 9:00am EST on the upcoming Monday.
4. To enter the giveaway one must follow the instructions as detailed in each weekly Small Business Appreciation Month Giveaway post on the TopCashback USA Facebook page. Participants will be asked to tag and/or provide the name, location and website of local small business for TopCashback to purchase a gift card from. Small business can be defined as a locally owned and operated establishment. No franchises will be eligible to win the prize. Small businesses must offer gift cards for purchase.
5. Each winner will be notified through their Facebook account within 48 hours of the prize draw close date.
6. Members can only win once throughout the entire giveaway period. There will be a total of 20 different winners for this giveaway.
7. The prize ($50 USD gift card) will either be emailed or mailed directly to the member.
8. We have no obligation to offer the prize to potential winners who were contacted but failed to respond within 7 days of being notified.
9. TopCashback.com reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant should the winner fail to respond within 7 days.
10. Entries are limited to one per TopCashback member, per competition.
11. Entrants need to be in good standing and a member of TopCashback.com to enter and win.
12. The winners' names will be published on the TopCashback.com Facebook page and/or can be obtained by sending a self-addressed envelope to TopCashback (USA) Inc, 3422 Old Capitol Trail, Ste 1701, Wilmington, Delaware 19808
13. The winner may be required to participate in post promotion publicity such as supplying quotes for press releases etc.
14. Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of TopCashback.com and accordingly, TopCashback.com may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to TopCashback.com as a result thereof.
15. The promoter is TopCashback (USA) Inc, 3422 Old Capitol Trail, Ste 1701, Wilmington, Delaware 19808. TopCashback.com is a trading name of TopCashback (USA) Inc.
16. Prize is subject to availability. In the event of unforseen circumstances, the promoter retains the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value.
17. Prize is not redeemable for an alternative and is non-transferable.
18. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
19. The prizes are provided by TopCashback USA.
20. The winners will be chosen at random.
21. This giveaway is open to TopCashback members who live in the United States or Canada.
