  2. This prize draw is open to all TopCashback.com USA members over the age of 18, except employees of TopCashback (USA) Inc and their families or anyone else associated with the competition.
  3. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  4. Competition Date: Throughout the month of April, the first weekly Member Appreciation Day competition begins on Monday at 10:00 am EST and will close at 9:00am EST on the upcoming Wednesday. The second weekly Member Appreciation Day competition begins on Wednesday at 10:00 am EST and will close at 9:00am EST on the upcoming Friday.
  5. To enter the giveaway one must follow the instructions as detailed in each weekly Member Appreciation Giveaway post on the TopCashback USA Facebook page.
  6. Each winner will be notified through their Facebook account within 48 hours of the prize draw close date.
  7. TopCashback.com reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant should a winner fail to respond within 7 days.
  8. The prize ($20 USD) will be deposited directly into each winner’s TopCashback member account.
  9. We have no obligation to offer the prize to potential winners who were contacted but failed to respond within 7 days of being notified.
  10. TopCashback.com reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant should the winner fail to respond within 7 days.
  11. Entries are limited to one per TopCashback member, per competition.
  12. Entrants need to be a member of TopCashback.com to enter and win.
  13. The winners' names will be published on the TopCashback.com Facebook page and/or can be obtained by sending a self-addressed envelope to TopCashback (USA) Inc, 3422 Old Capitol Trail, Ste 1701, Wilmington, Delaware 19808
  14. The winners may be required to participate in post promotion publicity such as supplying quotes for press releases, blogs, etc.

Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of TopCashback.com and accordingly, TopCashback.com may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to TopCashback.com as a result thereof.
