2. The information given in these terms and conditions is correct, but TopCashback reserve the right to change any of the below without prior notice.
3. To participate in the promotion, you need to make a purchase with an eligible merchant via TopCashback on November 15, 2016.
4. During the 5% boosted cash back promotion period, members will receive 105% of the cashback rate the retailer is offering, instead of the typical 100%. The standard 100% cashback will be offered on a small number of retailers on the site.
5. The 5% bonus amount will be reflected in all eligible merchants’ cash back rates shown around the site, in emails and on mobile platforms on November 15, 2016.
6. Transactions that are reported by the merchant as being made from 00:00:00 11/15/2016 to 23:59:59 11/15/2016 PST will be included in the promotion. This is based on the time that you have made your purchase (this may be different to the time that you click through to the merchant, and/or when the transaction tracks to your account).
7. The 5% bonus applies to transactions that track after making a valid, genuine purchase with a merchant via TopCashback.com. It does not apply to transactions that are declined by the merchant, transactions from purchases where you have returned the product purchased, or in any way not upheld the standard terms and conditions for cash back.
8. New Member Freebie Deals, Tell-a-friend bonuses, sign up bonuses/welcome gifts, any other form of incentivised transaction or American Express Gift Cards and Business Gift Cards transactions will not be eligible for the 5% bonus on top.
9. The 5% bonus is open to all legitimate members of TopCashback.com. Any activity which we deem to be abuse of this promotion will be investigated and could lead to the termination of your TopCashback account. Standard TopCashback Terms & Conditions still apply.
10. The 5% bonus is only available to members of TopCashback.com.
11. Events may occur that render the promotion itself or the awarding of payable cashback impossible due to reasons beyond the control of TopCashback and accordingly TopCashback may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to TopCashback as a result.
12. TopCashback will not be held responsible for any technical failure or otherwise which prevents participation in this promotion.
