• What could stop me from getting cash back?
  • Using a promotional/coupon code not posted and approved by TopCashback. If you use a code that we have not provided you with then there is a strong chance that your cashback will be declined or go untracked to your account.
  • The purchase or redemption of gift cards.
  • Returning, exchanging or cancelling part of your order may result in the cash back being declined.
• What else is essential?
  • Only purchases made on Cover FX's US site are eligible for cash back.
  • Cash back amounts are generally based on your final purchase amount and does not include taxes, shipping and the actual discount amount saved through coupons.

  • Cash back available through TopCashback on genuine, tracked transactions completed immediately and wholly online.

If you believe this to be the case, please submit a "Missing Cashback" query within 100 days of the transaction, as we will be unable to chase up older claims. You must click through to the retailer and proceed with your purchase or transaction immediately and wholly online.
  • You must start with an empty basket before clicking through to the merchant to ensure that your cash back tracks.
