Each month we’ll be interviewing a different member so that you can hear their side of the story. For our March 2024 edition you get to meet Jon Stevens from Lawton, Oklahoma. A self-proclaimed shopaholic, Jon tells us about how he uses his cash back mostly for emergency situations. Read on to find out more about what Jon had to say.
TopCashback: How long have you been a member of TopCashback for and what made you decide to join?
Jon: I’ve been a member for eight years. I'm a shopaholic and figured I might as well earn money back with my vice. I love having a little savings account every time I go online shopping.
TopCashback: What are some of your favorite retailers to shop at through TopCashback?
Jon: I like shopping at Olight, Sam’s Club, Obuy, Walmart, Lowe’s and definitely Chewy.
TopCashback: So, you shop at Chewy. Tell us about your pets!
Jon: We currently have four rottweilers and a cat. If you'd like to see more of them, my wife loves to post them on Instagram @Rottweiler_Momma.
TopCashback: Do you have any hobbies that you buy supplies for at stores like Lowe's or Obuy?
Jon: We (my wife and pups) tend to go camping, hiking and work outside. In the past, we’ve bought a bunch of outdoor gear from Obuy.
TopCashback: What else have you used your cash back earnings for?
Jon: I save it up for emergency expenses, as it takes a few steps to actually get it, making it a nice savings account. I’ve had a clutch replaced [for my jeep], and I’ve also used it for tires after getting a flat. I just like to have it there as a buffer in case I really need it.
