March was a great month for discounts at Costco. TopCashback’s consumer expert Rebecca Gramuglia spoke to GOBankingRates to highlight a few items that were massively marked down, including Eddie Bauer’s Traveler Pants for women (which were only $18.99!).

“Similar pants go for $80—$59.99 on clearance—at Eddie Bauer, making Costco’s option over 50% off,” Rebecca noted.

If you’re a woman who’s worried about her finances, there are 10 things you can do to start saving for your future. Rebecca shared her top four with Yahoo! Lifestyle: work toward a specific goal, organize your credit cards, always look for coupons and follow your favorite retailers’ sale cycles.

Costco also had terrific discounts on food items in March. Rebecca told Yahoo! News that a 52-ounce container of Planters Dry Roasted Peanuts were just $6.59.

“This is a great deal when you compare it to Sam’s Club, which offers the same item for $8.58,” she said.

Filling up your cart with low-priced groceries from Costco or Walmart seems like a no-brainer. But you still run the risk of overspending.

Luckily, there are tips you can follow to keep to your shopping budget. NewsBreak offered nine, four of which were recommended by Rebecca!

“When shopping at big-box stores, always compare prices,” she advised. “Items may be competitively priced so factor in all savings and costs like coupons, loyalty program rewards and shipping costs.”

Yahoo! Finance ran a piece last month on the best deals shoppers can buy at Target—with Rebecca’s help, of course.

She suggested the Shark Professional Steam Pocket Mop, which was on sale for $89.99 (compared to $109.99 at Walmart), and the NUU Garden Pyramid Gas Heater, which was almost $40 cheaper at Target than at Lowe’s.
