Ah, back-to-school season — when the smell of freshly sharpened pencils starts to emerge again and school supplies, clothes and electronics are all on sale. But before you get that brand new laptop or buy your kid a new backpack, we want to hear from you!

Tell us, do you plan to shop back-to-school sales? When do you typically start shopping for back-to-school supplies? Did you ever skip school?

These are the things TopCashback wants to know. And who better to answer all these questions than you?

I'll buy some dry easer markers, lots of card stock, different kinds of art supplies like glue gun, Glue sticks and liquid glue are also on my list. I maintain a fish tank so i'll have to supplies for those also. Most of the items will come out of my pocket due to the district budgeting issues.

I have five grandchildren and my husband is also a tutor for students, so we are always on the lookout for school supplies on sale. Of course I shop all the fliers and weekly coupons and get as much as I can at the best price! If I can find really good deals I also donate a lot to some of our local schools for children who can't afford the school supplies

Parents have tough time meeting financial needs so since my kids are raised, I help others! I have grandkids that need supplies too! The ole saying, “It takes a village to raise a child” Is more true now than ever!!!

Lee SJuly 8 2022, 10:38 We’Ll shop the school sales when the state offers the ‘Tax free’ Days. Every penny is vital these days. I like the Dollar Tree store for essential items. They have fun pens and pencils for the kids and lots of notebook and paper options.

I was never brave enough to skip school. I grew up in a small town and everyone knew eachother do I was bound to get caught if I tried it. 🤣We had a lot of cool field trips so that made going to school fun! 😎School is cool!

I seen Wal-Mart in my area is already putting stuff out. Yes I use to skip school and pray the school didn't call home. I would write a note with my parents signature on it for the next day so it was an excused absent.
