TopCashback is seeking a creative, motivated, highly organized Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team, in our Rochelle Park, NJ office. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for spreading the word about TopCashback and helping to drive new signups, as well as engage existing members.

Reporting to the SVP US Operations, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all digital marketing areas including Paid Search, Paid Social and Lead Generation. Budgetary responsibility for social media ads, PPC, lead-gen, referral strategy, display and retargeting all fall under the digital marketing umbrella. Additionally, the role will help kick off and grow US marketing initiatives as they pertain to television advertising and other mass media outlets.

The successful applicant will have at least 5 years’ digital marketing experience, including some within the affiliate marketing industry. A friendly, hands-on approach to work is a must. You will be joining a small team at an exciting stage of development so real flexibility and a “team” ethic to work outside of the job description is expected. In other words, we are looking for someone who is just as comfortable planning and strategizing an overall Google Ads campaign as they are diving into the Google Ads network itself and actually setting up various campaigns. 

Key Responsibilities include:

Leading US marketing initiatives for our high growth site, as they pertain to digital marketing strategies, with strong emphasis on Paid Search, paid social media, and lead generation.

Pioneer and develop new digital marketing activations and initiatives in technology to drive brand awareness, sales and acquisition in the US.

Full ownership and management of Digital Marketing budgets and forecasts

Ownership and development of all US paid search (Google Ads) and paid social media (Facebook) campaigns.

Manage the existing Digital Marketing team (currently 6 but growing), while keeping an eye on the overall budget and key KPIs for the department.

Management of current affiliate marketing manager, having overall responsibility for developing new and existing relationships and partnerships with Networks and Affiliates.

Management of current influencer marketing specialist, having overall responsibility for developing new and existing relationships and partnerships with bloggers and social media influencers.

Management of current SEO copywriting team, having overall responsibility for helping them create and maintain a content calendar of blog posts, as well as merchant descriptions.

Manage weekly and monthly US reporting and analysis of digital marketing activities focusing on core KPIs per channel including but not limited to visits, conversion rate, revenue and activations.

Work with the Engagement & Retention Marketing Team to create and implement an acquisition strategy through email and CRM tools.

Manage, plan and budget TV media budget; coordinating with UK Marketing Team and outside agencies


Enthusiastic, proactive team player with desire and ability to build, develop and grow a team around you as site growth demands.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, specifically in Paid Search, Paid Social and Affiliate, among others.

Educated to degree level with a strong passion for Digital Marketing.

Leverage data analysis in all digital marketing decision making.

Honest with a sense of fair play and a passion for saving consumers money.

Strong SEO knowledge a plus.

Previous experience managing/buying TV media a plus

Experience of mobile / app marketing a plus.

A strong understanding of how offers and incentives can be used to drive response and profitability.
